The Winter Salon 2024 marks the launch of the first group exhibition at Ex Nihilo, showcasing the range of contemporary photographic practices. Ex Nihilo, located in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, is an exhibition space dedicated to art photography. The Winter Salon is based on an open call, with the selection process emphasizing the personal and emotional aspects of photography. Spanning from December 2024 to February 2025, the exhibition brings together a diverse selection of works, highlighting the unique perspectives and approaches of 47 photo-based artists. From traditional processes to experimental approaches, the Winter Salon celebrates the boundless potential of photography.
